【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedtoaidtheequipmentmanufacturer,installer,andturbineoperatorincoordinatingtheireffortstoobtainandmaintaincleanlubricationandcontrolsystems.Theflushingandcleaningphilosophiesstatedinthisguideareapplicabletobothlargeandsmalllubricationsystems.Cleanlubricationsystemsresultfrompropersystemdesignandgoodplanning,execution,andcommunicationbyallinvolvedduringcommissioning.Nophaseoftheseproceduresshouldbeundertakenwithoutathoroughunderstandingofthepossibleeffectsofimpropersystempreparation.Theinstallation,cleaning,andflushingoftheequipmentshouldnotbeentrustedtopersonslackinginexperience.Becauseoftheknowledgeandspecializedequipmentthatisrequired,theoperatormaywishtoemployanoutsidespecialistcontractorforthesystemflushing.Reviewofthisguidecanprovideguidelinesfordiscussionwithprospectivecontractors.1.1Thisguidecoverstypesofcontaminants,oilpurificationdevices,contaminationmonitoring,contaminationcontrolduringbuildingorrefurbishingofturbinesystems,lubricationsystemflushing,andmaintenanceofpurelubricationoil.1.2Toobtainmaximumoperatinglifeandreliability,orlubricantsandsystem,itisvitalthattheturbinelubricationsystemhaspureoil.Thisguideisintendedtoaidtheequipmentmanufacturer,installer,andturbineoperatorincoordinatingtheireffortstoobtainandmaintaincleanlubricationandcontrolsystems.Thesesystemsmaybeonlandormarineturbinegeneratorsandpropulsionandmechanicaldriveequipment.Thisguideisgeneralizedduetovariationsinthetypeofequipment,builder''spractices,andoperatingconditions.1.3Thisguideprimarilyaddressespetroleumbasedlubricatingoil.Forsystemsusingnonpetroleumbasedfluids,thisguidemaynotbeappropriate.Fornonpetroleumproducts,consulttheequipmentandfluidmanufacturers.1.4Thisguideisapplicabletobothlargeandsmalllubricationsystems.Someequipmentspecifiedherein,however,maynotbeappropriateforallsystems.Moreover,insituationswherespecificguidelinesandproceduresareprovidedbytheequipmentmanufacturer,suchproceduresshouldtakeprecedenceovertherecommendationsofthisguide.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
