适用范围
本标准适用于各类半导体直接直流变流器(直流斩波器),即不带交流环节的直流一直流变流器。本标准不适用于某些特殊用途的直接直流变流器(例如牵引用变流器),这类变流器可另订标准或制订附加技术条件。与其他一般变流器相同的问题,可遵循GB 3859《半导体电力变流器》的有关规定。

【摘要】:Thecompressionbehaviortestforgeosyntheticsisintendedtobeanindextest.Itisanticipatedthattheresultsofthecompressionbehaviortestwillbeusedtoevaluateproduct.Theresultsoftheanalysesmayalsobeusedtocomparetherelativecompressiveyieldpointsofmaterialsthatexhibitadetectablecompressiveyieldpoint.Itisanticipatedthatthistestwillbeusedforqualitycontroltestingtoevaluateuniformityandconsistencywithinalotorbetweenlotswheresamplegeometryfactors(forexample,thickness)ormaterialsmayhavechanged.Note18212;Thisisaone-dimensionaltestforcompressiveloadingofageosynthetic(s)inoneplane.5.1.1Thecompressiveyieldpointofgeosyntheticsmaybeevaluatedfromthestress/strainrelationship.Manymaterialsexhibitcompressivedeformationbutmaynotshowadistinctcompressiveyieldpoint.Thistestmethodcanbeusedtoevaluatetheshort-termstress/strainbehaviorofgeosyntheticsundercompressivestresswhileloadedataconstantrateofdeformation.Thistestmethodmaybeusedforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofgeosyntheticsbutcautionisadvisedbecauseinterlabtestingisincomplete.5.3.1Inthecaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingthistestmethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandthesuppliershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisstatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,twopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimensfrommaterialshippedtotheproject.Thetestspecimensshouldthenberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.TheaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingtheStudentrsquo;t-testforunpaireddataandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforethetestingisbegun.Ifbiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandsuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultsinthelightoftheknownbias.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheproceduresforevaluationofthedeformationsofageosyntheticorcombinationofgeosynthetics(thatis,geocomposite(excludinggeotextiles,geomembranes,andgeosyntheticclayliners))undershort-termcompressiveloading.Thistestmethodisstrictlyanindextestmethodtobeusedtoverifythecompressivestrengthconsistencyofagivenmanufacturedgeosynthetic(s).Resultsfromthistestmethodshouldnotbeconsideredasanindicationofactualorlong-termperformanceofthegeosynthetic(s)infieldapplications.1.2Sincethesegeosyntheticsmayexperiencemuti-directionalcompressiveloadingsinthefield,thistestmethodwillnotshowactualfieldperformanceandshouldnotbeusedforthisspecificobjective.Theevaluatoroftheresultsshouldalsorecognizethatthedeterminationoftheshort-termsingleplanecompressivebehaviorofgeosyntheticsdoesnotreflecttheinstalledperformanceofsyntheticdrainagesystemsand,therefore,shouldnotbeusedastheonlymethodofproductspecificationorperformancewithrespecttosyntheticdrainagesystems.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatehealthandsafetypracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.3ThevaluesinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Valuesininch-poundunitsareprovidedinparenthesesforinformation.
